Bloomington, IL 61701 Pay online! We now have an option for online enrollment. At this time, if you need to pay by credit card, you may do so (beginning Monday, May 17th) by going to www.kindermusik.com; click on "FIND A CLASS" (you may have to enter your address to bring up Music Connections Foundation.) Click on "ENROLL NOW ONLINE." You may choose to pay the registration fee only (called a minimum deposit) by credit card; in doing so, tuition will be deferred until the 1st week of the semester, at which time your credit card will be automatically charged. There is also a "pay by check" option at online enrollment — you must then mail MCF your check. *NOTE: Because the bulk of families will not register online, accurate availability* info is not available at KI.com.** — Files marked with this icon can be downloaded in printable Adobe Acrobat format. 	Class Location Bloomington Evangelical Free Church (E-Free) 2910 E. Lincoln Bloomington, IL 61701 (just off Veteran's Parkway, east on Lincoln)


	Register Early Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Although you may join our classes at any time, please register early since class sizes are limited and many fill quickly. Registering early will also ensure that we will have your child's materials for you at your first class. A minimum number of students is needed or the class will be cancelled. Priority Registration Priority registration gives currently enrolled families (including new siblings) the opportunity to register before the general public. All forms must be secured with the registration fee before being processed. Guarantees cannot be extended if you request a time/schedule change at a later date. Priority registration is offered for a limited time, typically one to two weeks prior to general registration opening. A priority registration period for the spring occurs in December. We value your ongoing commitment to Kindermusik and will do our best to find a class for you during the general public registration period, but please call as soon as possible! Please note: Anyone with an outstanding balance may not register for the next semester without prior director approval.


	Enrollment Confirmation A registration form and payment must be received before enrollment can be confirmed. Every attempt will be made to place families according to their first choice for day/time slot. However, entering a second choice increases your chances for placement at a day/time which is of your choosing and convenient for you as well. If your first choice is unavailable upon receipt of your registration, you will automatically be placed in your second choice slot. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive an email or letter by mail to confirm your registration.


	Choosing a Class The age recommendations outline for Kindermusik classes have been carefully constructed to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the semester for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child's success in a particular age range, we are happy to discuss your child's needs and work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him.


	Fees: Registration and Tuition
	The registration fee includes the cost of high quality home materials (with tax and shipping and handling) from Kindermusik International and is non-refundable. This fee is paid when the registration form is submitted. Materials are intended to accompany the Kindermusik classroom experience and will not be distributed to anyone not attending classes. Enrollment in a Kindermusik class is for the entire session. Full semester tuition is due week one of the semester, payable either in its entirety, or optionally, in two installments—half on week one (prior to entering class) with the balance due one month later. (Summer camp tuition is paid in full the first day of class.)


	Make-up Classes The structure of our program prohibits allowing an open policy for make-ups. Each lesson intentionally incorporates a great deal of repetition, so it is unlikely your child will miss anything by a rare absence. Class cancellations due to weather are not rescheduled.


	Non-enrolled Siblings Due to limited class sizes and the goal of one-on-one parent/child interaction, we ask that those enrolled in Village and Our Time classes make arrangements for siblings during weekly class times. An exception can be made when the sibling is young enough to be content in a car carrier or stroller. Please discuss this with your teacher or email us with questions or concerns.


	Refunds Tuition refunds or credit vouchers may be given if there are extenuating circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. The registration fee and a $20 processing fee are non-refundable.


	Free Visits We are happy to schedule a free visit in one of our classes. Please call us for availability — space is limited.
